Borbonese Spring-Summer 2012 Bags
Borbonese Spring-Summer 2012 Bags has presented a new collection of handbags reflecting the usual elegance and sophistication of the prestigious brand.
Borbonese was founded in Turin in 1910 as a fashion house producing jewels and accessories which supplied the most prestigious tailors of the city. During the 1970s whilst traveling through Spain, Umberto Borbonese came across a tannery where lambskin was chemically treated to show its natural pigmentation, which reminds us of tiny stains, bird’s eye stains called “partridge eye”. The partridge eye (marked by “OP” by Borbonese) bags, back in the ’70s when handbags were usually quite rigid, were an instant success. They soon became a must-have as well as a status-symbol in Torino and the rest of Italy.
Today Borbonese presented several new models of trunks, roomy shopper, practical shoulder bags, and clutch bags with clean lines and soft colors, all carefully decorated with excellent craftmanship. The well-known brand also has several models of PVC leather bags that make them more accessible economically speaking, with a price range that goes from 190 to 240 euros.
